Overview

Multiple retention policies can be defined to dispose of communication based on any communication criteria after any period of time. Although entirely customizable, most organizations implement three separate retention policies. One short-term policy for communication that were not alerted on, a medium-term policy for communications that were alerted on but cleared through manual review effort, and a long-term policy for communications that were escalated through manual review efforts. Retention policies are defined by administrators during implementation with more configuration information found here.
